This E-Sign Disclosure explains your consent to receive certain records and communications electronically in connection with your request for internet-service information or related services.
By submitting information through our website and affirmatively agreeing to electronic communications, you consent to receive records, notices, disclosures, confirmations, and other communications related to your inquiry or internet-service request in electronic form.
Electronic communications may include emails, SMS/text messages, website notices, electronic disclosures, order-related information, appointment or installation communications, and records provided by Get Connected Home or participating service providers.
To receive and retain electronic records, you should have a device with internet access, a current web browser capable of displaying HTML and PDF files, a valid email address, and sufficient storage or printing capability. Standard carrier messaging and data charges may apply to SMS communications.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and phone number and for notifying us if your contact information changes. If an electronic message is returned as undeliverable, we may attempt to contact you using other information you provided.
You may print or save electronic records for your files. If you need a paper copy of a disclosure or communication that we control, contact us at info@getconnectedhome.com or (888) 641-5903. A provider may have separate procedures for records it controls.
You may withdraw consent to receive future electronic records by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect the legal effectiveness of records or communications provided before the withdrawal. If electronic delivery is necessary to complete a particular request or transaction, withdrawal may require another method or may prevent completion of that transaction.
This E-Sign Disclosure concerns the electronic form of records and communications. Any separate consent you give for marketing calls, texts, automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial voice, or email is governed by the consent language shown when you submit your information and by applicable law.
Participating providers may give you their own electronic-records consent, disclosures, or account terms. Those provider-specific documents apply to communications and transactions controlled by that provider.
